2016 Albariño — Walla Walla Valley
A crisp bone-dry and finely-structured white wine. The nose features melon, pear, citrus, apricots, and a subtle crushed rock minerality. The palate is intense and layered with zesty lemon, lime, tangerine, apricot, and honeydew flavors. Delightful with salmon, or any fatty fish, as the acidity will lend balance and interest. 120-cases produced. Enjoy by 2019.
