2016 Bijoux, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon — Walla Walla Valley
The 2016 Bijoux is a blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon from the Walla Walla Valley. Features tiers of tropical fruit aromas including star fruit and pineapple. Crisp, off-dry and zesty with guava, pear, melon, honeysuckle, and lime. The varietals were pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel tank. Racking, cold stabilization, and sterile filtering occurred before bottling of the 110-cases.
